Description
We start with a visit to Faro, the capital of the province of Algarve, admitting its Sec. XIII city center. We continue to the Moorish city of Olhão, an important fishing town, as well-known local market. Then we will visit the village of Cacelha Velha and Vila Real de Santo António, the border town that separates us from spain, through the formidable mouth of the Guadiana River. On the way back, we pass through Monte Gordo and finally visit the beautiful and charming old town center of Tavira, with its Roman bridge of Sec. IV and its many churches.
