- 1 – How to make a Online Airport Transfer Booking?
On our main home page, select your arrival date and time, pick up location, drop off location, number of people, also if you pretend one way journey or with return included and select “Find A Transfer”.
- 2 – How to book Golf Transfers and Amusement Parks Transfers?
For any of this options you will have available in the “Services” menu a pricing list on each of this 2 transfers service categories with all the provided cities departures to all the Golf Courses and Amusement Parks. Please follow the booking procedures also regarding the number of passengers pricing.
- 3 – How to request and book an Executive/VIP vehicle, Private Coach Hire, Tailored Tours or any of the Other Services?
All this type of services are customizable depending on each customer needs and demands. In order to make each request unique and personal, you must select “Book Now” on the service required and fill in the reservation form with all the specific details that you pretend on your request. We will give a specific quote and plan depending on your desired transfer/tour.
- 4 – How to choose a Vehicle?
Regarding the number of people chosen, you can now select the correct type of vehicle for your needs.
If you pretend one way journey, choose the correct vehicle type capacity from “Select transfer for your departure” list and then hit at the end of the page “Book Transfers”.
If you pretend journey with return included, choose the correct vehicle capacity both from “Select transfer for your departure” list and “Select transfer for your return” list. Both lists are located on the same page. Just Scroll it and hit at the end of the page “Book Transfers”.
- 5 – How should I pay?
You can pay through 3 methods of payment: Paypal, Credit Card and Payment directly to the Driver “in hands” only the arrival destination for the total amount of your “one way” or “with return” journey.
For “one way” journeys from your hotel/villa/apartment to the Airport, if you choose to pay directly to the driver, payment must be made at the time of your departure from the Hotel.
IMPORTANT: It’s strictly prohibited by law to receive any money “in hands” at the airport facilities regarding a transfer service. A transfer service is a pre-booked service and it should also be prepaid in advance, avoiding expensive transgression fees for all our drivers.
- 6 – Should I Tip the Driver?
You are available to do it or not. All our drivers are qualified professionals regarding their own job and all the customers demands. They will always try to do their best in order to make you feel happy and satisfied with our service. A tip is a gesture of service quality and makes drivers motivated.
- 7 – How should I know that my reservation is confirmed?
After all the bookings steps done and payment option chosen, you just have to confirm the booking form. After that, you will receive a journey voucher from us at your e-mail box with all the details of the journey.
IMPORTANT: Please print the journey voucher in advance, or save it on your mobile phone.
You must present it to our driver in the beginning of your journey. This is the proof that you are travelling legally with our company through an in advance booking.
- 8 – What if I haven’t received at my e-mail box the voucher confirmation?
You must contact us immediately by e-mail or phone number so we can check it on our system. We will be very pleased to help you on this.
- 9 – What should I do to cancel my booking?
In order to cancel your own booking, you must inform us through our contacts, 48 hours limit in advance to your journey transfer. Cancellations made less than 48 hours, no fare refunding.
- 10 – Is it possible to book last minute transfers?
Yes it is, you must book it in advance prior to 24hours or call us directly through our phone number contact.
- 11 – The prices presented are per person or per vehicle?
All the prices presented are per vehicle. We are a company that only provides Faro Airport Private Transfers. You are paying for a private transfer service for one vehicle. We don’t perform Shuttle Services. Only on Shuttle Services, prices are presented per person, using a shared vehicle.
- 12 – What the maximum capacity of your vehicles?
Our Fleet is flexible regarding passengers and luggage capacity. We have it available small 5 seater vehicles with driver included, and 9 seater vehicles with driver included.
Example: If you are a group of 12 passengers you will be served with a 5 seater vehicle (driver included) plus a 9 seater vehicle (driver included) to the same destination.
- 13 – Do your drivers speak multilanguage?
All of our drivers speak Portuguese and fluent English, some of them can speak other languages.
- 14 – I cannot find my driver at the airport, what to do?
You should call us immediately to the phone number presented in your voucher, we will make sure our driver will meet you. He will have your name written on a welcome sign.
- 15 – What if my flight delays or arrives too early?
We monitorize all the flight schedules to make sure there is always someone waiting for you at the Airport.
- 16 – Do you provide baby/booster seats for small children?
Yes we do. You must let us know on the booking form how many boosters and baby seats will you need regarding your children ages. We will provide free of charge any baby or booster seats for the younger ones.
- 17 – Does all the passengers have transportation insurance?
Yes, they have. We are a full licensed ground transportation company by the national tourism board with all the insurances covering all passengers in case of any accident. Your own security comes first.
